Before Chris began his real estate career, he worked in corporate America for 10+ years. Throughout this time, he held management positions for one of the world's largest marketing firms and one of the largest International Energy companies. He brings the same professionalism that he developed from corporate America to real estate. With a business background in negotiating large complex deals and an MBA from the University of Florida, he takes enjoyment in providing superior customer service.

Steven Topel
Evelyn's passion for customer service is key to her success in property management. She brings 8+ years of marketing and customer service experience. She is a social media "ninja" and ensures all properties within the company's portfolio are not only marketed locally, but marketed to the out of state and international markets. Evelyn has a B.A in marketing from the University of Central Florida.
Steven's 12+ years of property management experience allows him to navigate through the complex industry of managing tenants and keeping investors happy. His communication skills and background in Finance, helps clients understand their profit margin goals. Steven has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Javier leads the Vacation Rental Division of the company. His passion for real estate is evident whenever you talk to him. Javier not only manages our portfolio of Vacation Rental clients, he also provides educational experiences to clients via his social media platform. Javier's experience comes from his personal ownership of multiple short term rental properties throughout Central Florida.
